Our bedding set is made from 100% polyester microfiber. The polyester material is super soft allowing a comfortable night’s sleep through any season.
- Made With Care: Our duvet covers are securely sewn and have a hidden zipper envelope closure that makes it easy to place your new duvet comforter into the cover. The Pillowcases are also finished neatly with the same envelope closures.
- Quality Materials: Breathable with durable stitching and made from incredibly soft polyester that is just as comfortable against your skin as they are cool to look at.
- Made to Last: Stain, shrink, and wrinkle resistant. Our high-quality printing process produces a high-resolution picture and vibrant colors will not fade after multiple washing.
- The set includes two pillow covers & one duvet cover in matching design. Our bedding sets are fully machine washable, durable & pleasant to the touch without losing color, bleeding, or fading. The backside of the duvet cover is always white or grey.
Garment Care Instructions
- For the first time washing, please rinse with water before use.
- Select a gentle machine washing mode. Avoid clothes containing zippers, hooks, or buttons.
- We recommend using a mild detergent.
All items are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we print that item just for you, one at a time for the best quality!

SHIPPING & HANDLING
To estimate when you can expect your order, please refer to the time frame below. It includes our most popular products and the following time periods:
- Production time: The time when your order waits in the production queue until being produced. Our production timeline may shift daily depending on the overall order volume.
- Shipping time: From the time package is handed over to the delivery company to when it arrives at its destination.
In addition, if your order is personalized and/or needs modifications, it may take a few days for our designer to make customization. Design time will depend on the complexity of the request.
Note: In peak season, your parcel may arrive late than expected delivery. We're so sorry for this inconvenience and hope that you can understand for us.

- The above time frame is only applied for orders to the US with standard shipping methods.
- The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.
- Due to unforeseeable delivery bottlenecks with our suppliers as well as delivery companies, deliveries may be delayed a little bit. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you.
- Holiday shipping: Due to certain US and International Holidays, especially in peak seasons, orders may take longer to ship out
- International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
- When an order is ready to be shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow your package all the way home.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 3-5 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.
If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this for you.
Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because:
- If there is incorrect or missing information that we can detect on our end, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order.
- We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender. The returned orders will be donated to charities and will not be returned to our warehouse. Before reaching out to our customer support, please check your given shipping address first.
- For orders returned due to an incorrect address provided, we request a re-shipping fee to resend your order
- If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

Due to hygiene reasons and the fact that our products are customized, we do not exchange or issue a full refund unless an item you received has a major problem. This is when the item is:
- Significantly different from the description or the preview shown to you;
- Damaged due to the fault of our factory or the carrier;
- Not what you ordered;
Please be noted that with other cases (not mentioned above) we only offer a partial refund (excluding shipping fee)
- We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges on any products purchased during a sale or any promotion.
- We typically DO NOT accept refunds or replacements due to customer's mistakes such as:
- You want a refund/return because you 'changed your mind". We print on demand and therefore we cannot accept returns with that inquiry.
- Incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc. So please review your order carefully before you check out to ensure your order is correct
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Invalid address entry
- Improper care, damages in use.
Our company can only offer you a discount for reordering in the cases above.
Please allow the 20% difference between advertised images and the actual item you received as sometimes advertised images may be slightly different from the actual items in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display.
A request needs to be submitted within 20 days from the delivery date or 45 days from the order date to qualify for credit or replacement.
To file a claim, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following information (this is a must):
- Order number
- Video/ photo of the defective product
- If your claim is in regards to a printing error, please include photographs of the error.
- If your claim is in regards to a print size or placement issue, please include a measuring tape, stick, or ruler in the photographs of affected garments.
- If some of your items are missing, please provide us an image of the received package's cover including the detailed shipping label so we can forward to our production department to investigate the problem

We will review the photos/videos you send of the defective item and, if your item is eligible, we will resend the product to you. In the rare case that sending a replacement product is not practical, we will reimburse you the full cost of the eligible product (including shipping costs).
- The refund process may take up to 14 business days and is credited via your original form of payment.
- Modifications are not allowed for replacement items.
- Remember not to return the item(s) you received because we do not accept returns. Please contact us if you have an order issue before returning any products.
At this time we do not offer returns in any case, we just offer a replacement. If your item is defective, you don't need to return the original item and we will resend you a replacement for free.

Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within 12 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or modified.
